Online Group Classes

Weekly Somatic Movement Classes direct to your home via Zoom. These weekly classes are for anyone who wants to:

  • Learn how to move more freely and with awareness.
  • Learn how tension habits cause you discomfort and how to resolve them through movement.
  • Release muscle tension without use of equipment.
  • Learn a new skill to help you to keep moving well that can be done anytime, anywhere.

Class Times:

Thursday from 9am – 10am Weekly, (term time)
Thursday from 6pm – 7pm Weekly (term time)

All you need is a quiet space with enough room to extend your arms out to your sides and above your head whilst lying on the floor.


Advanced Booking is required. It is a requirement to have prior experience in Somatic movements or to have completed the Intro to Somatics Course. To book your place or for more information please email Alison or call 07760 100279.
